Tom Ford - Amber Absolute

I was going through some of my old boxes and found this fragrance. I’d presumed it to be empty as it is my favourite of all the private blend collection - to my surprise it was half full and with a few sprays this morning, it uncovered some nostalgic memories. It took me back to winter around 8 years ago - a time when my auntie, uncle and mum would go to my Nanas for Christmas dinner. 

The scent is incredible, I’m surprised Tom Ford have not rereleased it given the winter Amber trend. 

Notes include Amber, vanilla, incense and Olibanum. 

I’ll use a quarter of what is left and I’ll keep the rest try again in another 8 years - to revisit my favourite Tom Ford scent and to feel nostalgic in the fond memories.
