Lush - The Devil’s Nightcap

It’s the season of indulgence — that time of year when a nightcap turns into perhaps one more… and maybe just another after that.

During the festive season, temptation is everywhere. It’s an inward dance between good decisions and bad ones, restraint and surrender.

The first spray of Devil’s Nightcap presents me with that very battle. The initial damp, mossy harshness makes me hesitate — almost pull away. But just as I decide it’s not for me, the scent shifts direction, drawing me in with soft florals of ylang ylang and orange blossom.

As it settles on my skin, the temptation deepens. I find myself wanting to top it up… and perhaps return to it again later.
